Today I got to work on the Scene section - Its going to be a lot of fun. The features in place for the scene section are:

• ~News and announcements. Pretty obvious really. This kind of information that you’re now reading will be available there.
• ~Conceptually Driven: A new blog about the conceptual journey of myself as artist, human, spirit, and perspective
• ~Of Note: Sometimes I can’t believe my eyes with regards of what’s on the internet. Can you? Here are some of those things I find unbelievable.

A quick shout! -progress update

Hello Everyone!

Just a small progress update for you. This weekend I continued to put the galleries together of my images. Hopefully I’ll be able to launch more features by 8/22.

I’m making my site better, more complete, more easily navigated. So much so, that I’m taking this one off my default page. Its just embarrassing. If you still wish to visit the old site, you can here. Come back and visit soon! I know you won’t miss that old site.

You’re right. This is a new design

Brand new, actually. So brand new that you might be one of the first to look at it.

New designs are exciting. I should know, because this is my brand new design. I went through the whole process from bottom to top - from loose images in photoshop to this complete and second-nature implementation of my creativity, skills, and vision. Backing up a little bit, this is the first project of its kind for me, though I’ve designed and redesigned my website several times, I have never gone bottom to top with it before. The difference was, I knew which way to go this time. I knew which platform to use (Expression Engine) and how to use it. I had a visual idea of where to start, which features I wanted, and how much expansion I needed. This time it all added up. No dead ends, no unfinished or abandoned efforts. This one is here to stay.

Now, let me give you a little tour of what I’ve got here.

Portfolio: pretty straight forward. This is where you will find images of my artwork, web work, videos, and other items like these.

Projects: Here’s where you find out about my ongoing projects, completed projects, and look at progress in such. There will be conceptual information, some images, and how to participate.

Scene: My blog. Articles. I write, I comment, I rant. I laugh. Its all right here.
